No Boundaries Yoga is for students of all levels. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never set foot on a mat, there are courses and options for you. We all come to yoga for different reasons, but when we meet on our mats, we all have something in common: A desire, a curiosity and a sense of commitment to taking care of and learning more about ourselves.
Saturday Morning Yoga at Lake Parramatta Reserve
Come join us for an hour of yoga every Saturday morning from 9am to 10am at the Lake Parramatta Reserve meeting room. Starting Term 4, every Saturday from October 9th through December 22nd classes will be held for Beginner and Intermediate yoga students.
