This course is for those who have little or no yoga experience. Through an eight class series spanned over eight weeks, you will be introduced to the world of yoga and its many fascinating aspects. After this course you will understand core fundamentals such as basic postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and gain exposure to different styles of yoga. Each class will have a different focus that incrementally builds on the previous class. By the end of eight weeks, it is safe to say you will be confident enough to walk into a yoga class with the basic knowledge you need to practise safely and successfully.
