From here, you are built a bespoke program aligned with your goals. We put measurements in place and checkpoints along to way to ensure you are making the progress you want.
Private sessions are for students of all levels. From beginners to experienced students, one on one sessions can be beneficial to enhance your flexibility, balance and physical stamina. Ultimately, they help you become familiar with the mat and enable you to become an independent yoga practitioner.
