Each and every day, we all operate within a set of boundaries and limitations that guide our daily actions. Boundaries keep us safe, keep us on track and keep us focused for whatever is coming our way. For some, this may be the next step in a career, building a family or taking on the world in some way or another. At No Boundaries Yoga, it doesn't matter who you are or what you do. We exist to encourage you to challenge your boundaries and give yourself the opportunity to try something new, something different and something out of your comfort zone.
No Boundaries Yoga is for students of all levels. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never set foot on a mat, there are courses and options for you. We all come to yoga for different reasons, but when we meet on our mats, we all have something in common: A desire, a curiosity and a sense of commitment to taking care of and learning more about ourselves.
Rest assured, all of our classes are led by RYT 200 hour certified instructors or higher that have public liability insurance.
